Pets are just like family members for those who have them. The love for pets cannot be described in words. Finding a right condo for the pet is like finding something for the kids where so many things have to be taken care of.

Choosing a condo:

Depending upon the pet you own, the condos are sold or given on rent by following certain guidelines. In fact, you might not get a condo if you own a pet which is not allowed! While choosing for a condo, take your pet with you so that the seller can know the exact need. Condo will be given on the basis of breed of the pet, its age, health and size. 

Kinds of condos:

There are certain condos which come for a single pet, but you can also find condos which can accommodate more than one pet. If it is allowed to have more than 1 pet like multiple puppies, then you can buy/rent a condo accordingly. The condos are differently made for dogs and cats. The condos can be simply to climb in one go, or they might be made of certain steps that the pet has to climb to reach the top. Or they can be as simple as an open air box. 

Installing a condo:

The location of condos has to be considered before installing them. They are generally put on the outside of the home towards the garden. In case you pet makes a lot of noise, then installing a condo in the garden might not be permitted because from an elevated location, the noise appears to be even louder. If you want to save yourself from installing a condo in your home, you can rent a space in a common condo for pets.

The guidelines:

Before renting a pet condominium, following things have to be taken care of:

• A pet application form has to be filled wherein the details of the pets are entered including a picture of the pet. This form will be reviewed and signed by the authorities before assigning a pet condo.
• You have to follow the guidelines on which pets are allowed in your residence and how many of them are allowed. The species, the breed and the number- everything matters. This is because some pets cannot live in a single number, they need a company.
• The weight of the pet matters as well, especially for the upper floors.
• The pets cannot be used for any commercial purposes. 
• In a common condo, the pet is not allowed to roam around freely and should be restricted to the owner’s rented space inside the condo.
• The companions of the pets have to be chosen carefully for which separate guidelines are followed.
• The cleaning of condos is a very important task. The cleaning must be done keeping all the hygiene guidelines and must be done on regular basis.
